Job Responsibilities:
The Engineering Development Program is Air Products’ graduate training and development program. Its purpose is to develop Air Products’ future engineers, managers and leaders by providing opportunities for fresh graduates (EDP engineers) to learn the Company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers through a series of rotational assignments.
Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 12 months technical based assignments in different production groups within plant shift operation, process, process safety, control & instrument, Machinery, maintenance, advance control & digital technology, Plant project & reliability, Plant management system etc. rotation. The locations for these assignments could be Shanghai, Changzhi, Yulin, Pucheng, Weinan or other Cities in China.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between EDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be on on-the-job training.
Ø Day to day support on plant optimization through advanced controls and data management services to site staff and office based engineers. Daily support SPIDER (Diagnostic Efficiency Optimization and Reliability Improvement)room apps.
Ø Identify, develop and design improved operating and control strategies to achieve productivity targets. Develop tracking programs and metrics for plant optimization and efficiency, and controller on-stream. Monitor the targets against expected performance. Areas of emphasis include: manufacturing cost reduction, waste handling and reduction, raw materials, utilities consumption/cost/supply, production process reliability and capacity expansions.
Ø Develop PPM (Plant Performance Monitoring) and provide technical support in a daily basis.
Ø Provide Advanced Controls (MPC, IP21 & APACS) design, implementation and plant tuning support.
Ø Develop advanced control project scope, estimate project cost and benefit, develop capital expenditure authorization document and propose appropriate execution strategy for best fit with resources and benefits case. Execute projects with small GO teams or as part of a larger GEM capital project team. Execute project work to the defined budget and agreed schedule.
Ø The EDP engineer is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues.
Ø At the end of the rotations, each EDP will have the opportunity to assume a fulltime role as designated position by the hiring department.
Requirements:
Ø Excellent attitude to take on hand-on job and would learn practice skill at site besides of function knowledge in paper
Ø Enjoy day and night shift work since it is the best learning time
Ø Recent postgraduate, with bachelor or master degree in engineering or other various technical disciplines.
Ø Intern experience in engineering program/project is preferred.
Ø Excellent English skills, both written and oral; skillful in use of PC software tools.

Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 8 months assignments in different groups within Manufacturing Proposal, Planning and Production, Manufacturing Project Execution, Manufacturing Quality, and Manufacturing CI. The locations for these assignments is at Air Products Asia Manufacturing, Caojing, Shanghai.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.

Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 8 months assignments in different groups within Mechanical Equipment Design, Mechanical System Engineering, Process. The locations for these assignments is at Asia Engineering, Zhangjiang office, Shanghai.
Ø After the EDP program is finished, the EDP engineer will be posted in Mechanical Equipment Design team as mechanical equipment engineer.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between EDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be on on-the-job training.

Ø Experience with proven software Viz. PVELITE / CODECALC / APV (Design of Pressure Vessels and Towers), PRESS, B-JAC (for Mechanical Design of Heat Exchangers) and preferably HTFS (Thermal design of Heat Exchangers).
Ø Familiar with CAD design (AutoCAD or MicroStation).

Job Responsibilities
The Engineering Development Program is Air Products’ graduate training and development program. Its purpose is to develop Air Products’ future engineers, managers and leaders by providing opportunities for fresh graduates (EDP engineers) to learn the Company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers through a series of rotational assignments.
Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 8 months assignments in different groups within Mechanical Equipment Design, Mechanical System Engineering, Process System. The locations for these assignments is at Asia Engineering, Zhangjiang office, Shanghai.
Ø After the program is finished, the EDP engineer will be posted in Mechanical System Engineering team as MSE engineer.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between EDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be on on-the-job training.

Job Responsibilities
The Engineering Development Program is Air Products’ graduate training and development program. Its purpose is to develop Air Products’ future engineers, managers and leaders by providing opportunities for fresh graduates (EDP engineers) to learn the Company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers through a series of rotational assignments.
Ø The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 8 months assignments in different groups within process engineering, proposal management, and product management. The locations for these assignments is at Air Products Asia Engineering, Zhangjiang, Shanghai.
Ø Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between EDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be on on-the-job training.

7)CDP (Career Development Program)商务、市场、供应链和运营管理培训生项目

Responsibilities:
The CDP is the training and development program that prepares young graduates for roles as future managers in commercial, marketing, supply chain or operation area. The program provides the opportunity for these new employees to gain diverse work experience and to learn the Air Products business, products, technologies and culture.
Several divisions within Air Products China participate in this development program including Supply Chain, Commercial and operations. The CDP program is successfully used to develop our employees at Air Products locations.
Ø The CDP will fulfill three assignments, each lasts about 6 to 8 months in different functions or groups of Air Products China. The assignments would be a role in supply chain, marketing, commercial, asset or operation management as designated by the hiring department.
Ø For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be provided.
Ø Every CDP is assigned a senior manager to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
Ø The CDP is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues, supervisors and mentors.
Ø After the three assignments finished, each commercial CDP will settle in a permanent position as designated by the hiring department in all cases the talents and the interest of the CDP will be considered when determining the best position.
Requirements:
Ø Full time Master in management, supply chain, etc. or MBA fresh graduates with outstanding inter-personal effectiveness and communication skills
Ø Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills either through the candidate’s area of study or their previous work experience.
Ø Ability to create/run excel spreadsheets, and power point slide presentations to communicate business projects supporting the growth of industrial gases for AP China
Ø Excellent English skills both in written and oral;
Ø Open, proactive, ability to work effectively in teams and keen to learning.
